Do you have the habit of making New Year resolutions and never sticking to them? Or you had promised yourself that stunning car quite some time back and have not being able to buy it yet? We all make promises to ourselves, desire things and then struggle to achieve them.
Who doesn't want a fancy car, a great job or a nice well furnished house? We all do, but are we all able to achieve them? But then there are many others who seem to be always getting what they want. Do they have something special? Do they work hard? Or maybe they are simply lucky! Thankfully there are answers, read on.
For centuries mankind has invested a great deal of time and energy in harnessing the power of will, positive thinking and the right attitude. As rightly said in the famous book The Alchemist, "When you want something, the entire universe conspires in helping you to achieve it...," these lines correctly summarize what this article is all about.

Arthritis is a disease of the joint that is affecting lots of people, especially the aged. Arthritis, as an inflammation of the joint, causes a great deal of pain in its victims.. Simply put anyone suffering from general swelling and pain in the joint could be suffering from arthritis. If you are, don't waste time to see you doctor because the longer you wait, the worse it becomes.
Most people believe that acupuncture is a painful solution for arthritis, but this is not true. Also, they think that since acupuncture involves the use of needles, the pain will be unbearable. This is however not true. Contrary to the belief that acupuncture is painful, it is less painful than most methods of pain treatment.
Exercise is a physical therapy that can help relax the muscles of an arthritis victim thus bringing pain relief.
